There is nothing on the shelf just yet. Every batch keeps its own schedule — the honey decides when it is ready, and the only way to hurry a mead along is to make a worse one.
Right now we are bottling by hand and waiting on good light to photograph what comes out of it. When the labels are dry and the pictures do the color justice, this page will fill up. Thank you for waiting — it is the same patience that goes into the bottle.
